I have a problem in my samsung 19'' TFT monitor. I submit the complain in samsung care on 21/05/10 with complained number "8415032211".but there is no response from that side they just said to give call back. but I have not received any response call till 21/05/10 to 05/06/10. I gave too many calls to the samsung care everyday. I charged with std call rates.i am just tired so please give me the solution. what should I do.I just want to fire the case against them. please help me.

It is not in working order since 27/11/2010 and gives a shock when plugged in. I have already made complaint thrice on your provided care number 0571-30308282 but after making lots of efforts i have not been attended and my problem is still there. When I try to contact your service centre i am been promised falsely and i could not get service till today. So kindly consider my problem and solve it rather quickly. hi.....these is mangesh gaikwad we purchased the washing machine W8LV5G on 17/03/2009 on the name of my mother jayshree s. gaikwad.from "electronics world" seawoods,nerul navi mumbai, and our address is lakhani's palm view chs ltd flat no -303/A wing,sector 48, nerul navi mumbai-400706.
we registered the complaint regarding our washing machine on 30/11/2010 10.55 am and the following is the registration no-8409763424.Till date no problem was sorted out...........the problem was something regarding "puc and valve" which was told by the engineer on 1st of december........and he told us he will be replacing it on thursday 2nd of december.........but after that the engineer has not arrived yet.we called on the no 022-67938869 for 14 times from 2nd of december but they always give us the different answers of the part is not available,the engineer will come on friday, and finally they told us that the part is going to come on saturday 4th december from noida........to mumbai and the engineer will be coming on monday 6th december...........but now today they r telling they had not received any part yet..............i request u to please sort out the problem........b'coz my mother has gone under the major operation and she cannot wash any clothes and as i am out of town for 1 month..............its my humble request to sort out the problem............and i must say now on we will never purchase ANY product of samsung..........b'coz they are the worst and pathetic service provder..........they don't even know how to talk to a customer................worst service provider of all..............i will tell each and everyone not to buy the product of samsung.....................
