I have a problem in my 160 GB WD external hard disk. I submit the complaint in WD customer care on 26/07/10 with complaint number "82062477".but there is no response from WD support centre,Every time a false promise made that "within 24 Hr we will help you". but I have not received any response call till 26/07/10 to 06/08/10. I called up WD support centre at least 11 times but apart from false promise they did nothing for me. I charged with std call rates.i am just tired of all fraud services and decided to lodge a complaint against the WD support centre ,so please help me for further guidance.

Hi,

I need help in dealing with Western Digital who have had my 300gb Hard disk since August and have not replaced it yet. Every call (if i manage to get through) ends with promises that it will reach me in a few days. I have lost a lot of data and information that has cost me in lakhs. I used the hard disk to store data and their apathy in services has caused me extreme grief.

I need your advice and assistance in getting my hard disk back and filing a law suit against them.
