Complaint of driver damage
sir/madam
i have purchased my lenovo y450 ideapad laptop from " UNIQUE INFOWAYS (P) LTD, 308,3rd floor skylark building, 60,nehru place,new delhi-110019" date of purchase-14/01/2010 serial no of product-EB14798635 warranty-3 years sir my laptop disc driver is not working properly it does not read dvd i have tried lens clener yet it is not working and also the sound quality of speaker is not good, so in this context i want a complaint ID in order to visit service center to repair my laptop.
