I bought a tragus laptop backbag 2 months before Rs: 2500. on CROMA, madhapur, hyderabad. I am not able to use that bag now. That much WORST quality. I got deceived by CROMA. Most of the products in CROMA are china made even my bag also. When i approach customer care executive.. they are talking to me very rude and mocking at me ..I felt shame in front of every one.
