Tower D, 6th Floor, Global Business Park Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road Gurgaon - 122 002 Respected Sir, Re : TONER CARTRIDGE PROBLEM C3906F I have purchased a Toner Cartridge C3906F for my HP LaserJet 6L Pro of Rs. 3600/- on 27-4-2010 at Morning 10.30 a.m. from M/s. Infocity Networks Pvt Ltd., Wazirpur Indl. Area, Delhi-52 (Ph : 011-27371681, 9910018171) When I opened the cartridge at 11.00 a.m. (dated 27-4-2010) and I was looking for the drum and I saw a dot on the drum. then I call to the shopkeeper from where I purchased. Then he suggested me to visit the HP Authorised Service Centre which is located in B-81, Okhla Phase-II, Delhi by the name of M/s RT Outsourcing (Ph : 011-40759627). There I met with a person Mr. Pankaj at 12.15 P.M. (dated 27-4-2010) and I let him know the problem which I am faced in my toner cartridge. And I requested him to replace this defected toner cartridge, then he refuse my request and he gave me the case ID i.e.ININDARC15001040533. and the rejection letter (copy enclosed). When I was not get any kind of help from RT Outsourcing and I asked Mr. Pankaj to help me for my problem then he suggest me to send a email and to contact to his senior Mr. Pardeep Yadav and he gave me his email-ID and contact no. which is (Ph : 0124-2726408, email : indiaarc.helpdesk@hp.com) After that I went back to my home and I sent so many email regarding my toner cartridge and he didn’t replied single on it. Even I called him a lot but his on a voice mail at every time. Then I called your HP Customer Care Call Centre number which is 30306363, then I spoke a lady by the name Ms. Richa, I explained all the problem regarding toner cartridge, then she gave me the complaint no. which is 4613723250 on same day 27-4-2010 Time 4.30 p.m. Then again I called to the customer call centre Ph : 30306363 dated on 28-4-2010 at 3.00 P.M. for the same problem. As I am not getting any kind of response from them, then I rude with them and they transfer the call to their Sr. Supervisor Mr. Hancel. Then I had a word with Mr. Hancel and he gave me the assurance to replace my toner cartridge and he asked me a day for that. Then again I called to the customer call centre Ph : 30306363 dated 29-4-2010 at 3.30 P.M. and I had a word with Mr. Hancel, then again he asked me a day for replace my toner cartridge. When I was said that you asked a day again and again, then he told me that “I am a call centre person and this issue has been resolved by the marketing people, but still I am work on it and let me see what I can do best for you and I need a day again.” Sir, I would request you to look into the matter and try to resolve ASAP you can. As I am a person who belong to middle class and the Rs. 3600/- is a very huge amount for me and just because of this toner cartridge, my income is going decrease as I running a small cyber cafe and I am not able to give a single print out from my printer and the toner cartridge is not working properly. And it also hamper on my shop name and my income. I am not able to pay the bills which I am getting from my vendors. Once you get the letter I would request you to contact me details given below. And if you people are not resolve my toner cartridge problem the I have to make a complaint in the consumer court. So As I know that HP LaserJet is a very big brand name in the market, and they never want their customers to let them down. I again requested you to please replace my toner cartridge, so that you can maintain the name in the market and in my eyes as well as.
