I had orderderd for a bluetooth chip for my Dell Laptop[Latitude D630], on 8th August 2011 and remitted Rs.750 to the account of Dell India (Citi Bank, M.G Road Branch, Bangalore Ac No: 0035439005) and mentioned the service tag and the case ID on the challan, and sent a scaned copy of mthe challan to Mr.Kishore Subramany(Employee of Dell) and he replied that he was not on duty and will soon update me about the status of my order as soon as he gets back to work. Later he asked me to wait for two weeks to recieve the shipment. But after waiting for two weeks I didn't recieve the shipment I gave a call to Mr.Kishore and he requested me to wait for another two days, but after waiting for another two days I didn't recieve the shipment, later I called him and requested for a refund and he told me that he would refund the money as well as give me the chip as a freebee. But till today (25-10-2011) I have not recieved my shipment and they have not done the refund of the money.
