I found a toll free number of hp in a advertisement in a magazine i talked to a person about the product i needed. he told me i will receicve a call from their dealer for the delivery of product at that time i was not informed about any onsite or offsite warranty of the product.
Next day i received a call from M/s CYBER WORLD, 102, BAJAJ HOUSE,97, NEHRU PLACE, NEW DELHI 110019 they quoted me the price inclusive of all taxes and delivery charges which i paid them immediately at the delivery but i was not informed about any onsite or offsite warranty of the product at the time of delivery i told the delivery personal to stay over till i install the product he stayed their and helped me in unpacking the product but at the time of installation he told that he is not qualified enough to install the product. And then he went away.
When i called back at CYBER WORLD that the product is not installing then they told me to take the product to the service center of the company which is in okhla as my product do not come under on site warranty.
As i told i was never told at the time of selling the product that it comes in which warranty and as the faulty product was delivered to me it never got installed till date.
