SIR,
I have purchased a Hp printer from Local Tirupati Teletech ,Bistupur,Jamshedpur..But have received Demo cartridges which were having manufacturing defects.Therefore it Did not work.But the shop Keeper kept it for replacement on the next day he said that I have tampered these cartridges.
When I contacted HP co.They says the shop keeper is not authorized retailer of HP.therefore you are not going to get the replacement.
