Sir,
I bought an original HP black cartridge (860) but the cartridge is defective and is not being detected by my printer.Now instead of replacing the cartridge or helping me in this issue the HP customer care people are saying that I will have to myself visit their service center and get the cartridge inspected,although both my cartridge and printer are in warranty.
But their service center is in Ohla,south delhi and I live in north delhi and therefore I can't go there and waste my 5-6 hours and cost of travel which would in the end be equal to half the actual price of a new cartridge!!!
Therefore, I request you to kindly look into this matter and stop this faulty service of HP who is looting customers by manufacturing these false cartridges.
