RIGHT FROM THE DATE OF MY PURCHASE i.e. 09/08/2011 , MY PRINTER OF MODEL NO. K109a IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I HAVE INFORMED HP CONSUMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES INCLUDING THROUGH THE DISTRIBUTOR FROM WHOM I HAVE BOUGHT IT. SEVERAL WEEKS HAVE ELAPSED SINCE BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN ATTENDED TO, BY ANYONE. MY MUCH AWAITED AND IMPORTANT WORKS ARE BEING HAMPERED FROM EVERY RESPECT. SO I SINCERELY WANT CONSUMER COURT TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.
