I have bought a new hp printer K209a on 19thMay 2010 and problems have started from that particular time when i have opened my new printer. The company said that they will install my printer and give a demo about all the features. When i asked them to come they refused and said me to install my printer myself. When i tested it and gave a command to take out the printout no action was taken by the printer. When i called them rather they cuts off the phones or gives me a useless long procedure. After i asked to help me again they said me to buy a new catridge but if it will also not work who will recover my money wasted in buying.I called at 18004257737. I am living in delhi and they are saying that it is a colour catridge problem. They asked me to come to okhla for the catridge which is 30-32km far away from my home.My printer is showing error in scanning and colour printing. They said to take this and that printouts which have reduced my 10% black colour ink.Now they are giving me these and that number to talk to senior but there are not the senior but a normal working person which has no knowledge and is saying that they cannot help me in this matter. PLEASE HELP ME AND TAKE A SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THEM.If there is any way to get out of this problem PLEASE CALL MANU GUPTA(Me)-9910106462
