I purchased Intel i3 motherboard on 8th SEPT. 2010 and from 9th SEPT.10 onwards it started giving problem like no display & p.c.restarting. Hence we contacted to Intel customer support on telephone. we intimated to submit board with original box to m/s Redigton (authorised service center of Intel at Mumbai central, Mumbai). After 5 days we received motherboard thru courior with plain Redington printed box packing it has same problem and additionallty NO SOUND problem. We again contacted Customer support they instructed some tips which we checked but no result. Hence they ask us to submit to m/s Redignton but problem doesn't solve. Till today we have submitted motherboard to m/s Redington 5 TIMES and the problem is not solved. Our computer now working with Gigabyte motherboard very well. It seems that there is mistake in INTEL motherboard.
Now we requested to Intel REFUND our motherboard cost OR they should supply us Company pack piece of motherboard but as per INTEL they are not refund or not able to possible to supply item with original box.
