Dear Sir,
I have purchased a 250 GB hard disk of MOSER BAER last year with warranty period of 5 years .After 6 Months of usage it stops working.So I decided to send it to the company for replacement but instead of replacing it they send me the same damaged one.The company is cheating consumers by not providing the adequate services. Please sir help me regarding this affair and get my job done as early as possible.
