    You must have seen MTS MOBILE CO. has brought to market an M-BLAZE INTERNET MODEM – Rs.2999/= which includes 250 mb surfing quota for 6 months + 1 REEBOK SHOE.
    I PURCHASED M-BLAZE MODEM NO. 9136937225 ON 9TH NOVEMBER, 2010. THE SELLER M/S GANPATI INTERNATIONAL runs a shop in C.R.PARK, NEW DELHI. SCANCOPY OF CASH MEMO GIVEN BELOW.

    I HAVE NOT TILL DATE REEBOK SHOE. ON QUESTION, MTS SAYS THAT THE SHOE WAS DELIVERED TO M/S GANPATI INTERNATIONAL INSTEAD OF TO ME.

    I mailed several time to for the same. But still I did not have any appropriated solution. Even they did not mail me back.
    Sir/Madam your executive gave me fake information and fake promise to sell his MTS card. Because of rebook shoes I sold MTS card but still i am not getting any rebook shoes or else. Let me answer one thing in this case where i am guilty if your executive did not gave us full information.

    with ref mts no 9136944417 & complain no. feb 5397



    i purchase my mts connection from ria telecom vaishali.i got committed from retailer that i will get reebok shoe with this connection but reebok shoes registered with another name on my connection no.
    for that concern i have already mail to appellate authority & i didn't got any reply from that side.
    upon calling applleate authorty i spoke to Daljeet & she told me i was not eligible for the shoe but i would like to know that if i was not eligible for shoes than how shoes has been issued on my no.
    i would like to go legally for that i ask Daljeet to send resolution in written which is provided over phone.
    but 1 week has been over i didn't got any reply.
    really experienceing very worst services even approaching higher level
    kindly look into matter & resolve my concern ASAP

    Thumbs down MTS MBlaze cheats customers

    I would like to inform all the innocent customers who thinks about to use MTS MBlaze for using NET.Please please don't dare to think about MTS MBlaze.The company is only making fool to the innocent customers.Its cheating method is very unique,it promises to give a high speed internet about 3.2mbps but it is unable to give upto 1.5mbps.But the company is very clever,it gives above 2mbps speed on its first two days of purchase but after those days its speeds becomes down to 100-200kbps.When you will call the customer care they have a fixed line to tell you that is "Sorry for your inconvenience".They are not skilled persons,even they don't have the proper idea of device and how it works.
    I personally bought a MBlaze and my MBlaze number is 9135158572 on 31st of august,first two days of its usage,it was superb but from 2nd of september its real face came in front of me.The dongle was unable to connect to internet and after 4-5 attempts it use to get connected.When i logged a complaint(sep/48020) regarding this to technical department they ensure me that your problem will be solved within 24 hours but today is 11th of september the problem is not solved by the company.I am facing the same problem.I have made them call around 15 to 20 times but problem is still.Last two days ago they told me that you have problem with your device so we will change your device,you just need to visit our service center but what happened when i visited the service center i became totally a fool because they(MTS) haven't send any information regarding my problem.Again when i called the technical support they again ensured me that your problem will be solved within 24 hrs and logged a complaint(sep/71914) on the urgent basis but after passing of 72hours no contacts i got from the company.My Rs 999 plan is going to end its half month but till now i haven't used it properly.
    Now i have decided to go to consumer court in my district and challenge the services of company in court.

    I need help from the local authority also.
