sir, i had purchased samsung lcd monitor 19 inch. presently that has gone defective and it is under warranty. i have contacted to customer care on 24 may 10 and they had registered a case and complaint forwarded to higher formation. but so far no one has visited. after complain i have contacted at least 30 times to the customer care. they give only one reply.(we have forwarded your complain. they will be visiting soon). it is pertinent to mention that even i took direct no of their head of dept. but no one picks up my phone.

Well instead of waiting endlessly why don't try and take the LCD to the nearest service center ??

Just take to them and see what they have to say !!
