Dear Sir,

I have bought a 1GB RAM on January 23rd ,2010. The manufacturer for that one is 'KINGSTON'. But from April25th it was not working..so i went to the vendor and given him back to get it repaired in May, 2010. The Vendor(AZA NETWORK, CHENNAI) has sent it to the local Kingston service and since May, i haven't heard anything from the manufacturer.

If i call to the vendor, he says he hasn't received it from the manufacturer.
If i call to the local servcie unit, they say they haven't received anything from head office,
If i call to head office, they say they have delivered the piece to local service unit.

these days, the head office guys are not lifting the call aswell.

kindly help me.
