DEAR SIRS,
WE HAVE PURCHASED ONE PANASONIC MULTI FUNCTION STATION PRINTER MODEL NO KX-MB-262 SL.NO 7KBFA005447 FROM YOUR ESTEEMED ORGANISATION ON 12/09/08 VIDE BILL NO 12 Rs8990/-.
FROM THE BEGINING IT WAS GIVING TROUBLE AND ENGINEER NAND KISHORE REPAIRED IT AGAIN AND AGAIN.
AFTER FEW DAYS AGAIN IT STOPPED WORKING, ENGINEER TOOK THE MOTHER BOARD PCB TO SEND IT TO BHOPAL FOR REPAIR, AFTER MORE THAN ONE MONTH WE WERE TOLD THAT PCB IS DEFECTIVE AND CANNOT BE REPAIRED AND NEW PCB IS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE. AFTER MANY REQUESTS PCB WAS REPLACED.
WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR DRUM ROLLER WAS OUT OF ORDED FOR WHICH WE PAID Rs.3200/-.
NOW AGAIN IT HAS STOPPED WORKING SINCE LAST ONE MONTH ENGINEER NAND KISHORE TRIED BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO REPAIR IT.
ON PHONE HE TOLD PCB IS DEFECTIVE AND NOT REPAIRABLE AND NEW SPARE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
PLEASE LET US KNOW AFTER PURCHASING WORLD RENOWNED BRANDS PRODUCT, IF COMPANY IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE AND SPARES THEN WHERE THE CUSTOMER SHOULD GO ?
YOU ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO SYMPATHICALLY GIVE ATTENTION TO OUR CASE AND PROVIDE REPLACEMENT WITH A NEW PIECE.
