Sure it won peoples choice award for this year but immidiately after that it seems the organisation is relaxing.
There are no ready made answers, for error 678 which has elapsed 2 months since i last used my modem. 2 months of running after for finding out what is actually wrong. 2 months of harrassment at the hands of employees who do not know how to talk. 2 months of daily effort out of busy schedule to reach certain office which deals with certain thing. My fault - I bought a prepaid Tata Photon + from a shop which closed due to inexplicable reason. May be modem no 9336438062 is unlucky in Pune. May be the main office probably in Hyderabad, doesnt like this no. May be it is difficult to make these employees understand that, it is a genuine problem. Probably, they would make me work worth the subsidy which has been provided in the name of advertisement of dropping prices. I know one thing ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Mr Ratan Tata are you paying attention? there are many of such like me. At the hands of your superior staff get harrassed every day, for what? |

Yes Amit you are right even i am facing the same problem from last 10 days. I have purahcsed a TATA Photon+ 2 months back. One day i found some network problem in the tata software after plugin & i complaint to customer care but no body come to see the problem after that i have called again & again one day a engineer came & take my Tata Photon + Data Card with him. He told me he is from a company by the name of Dynamics SCO-84-85, Top FloorSec-17, Chandigarh. I asked him when i can get my data card problem resolved he said by the evening but still i didn't get back my TATA Card. one day i personally went to the dynamics but they said they again started giving me excuses. BAD SERVICE FROM TATA. If anybody can help me this out my account no. in TATA is 977311426
