RAM problem

i stay at ghatkopar,mumbai.I had bought a desktop computer from a shop in my vicinity named systel computers.My ram is not working properly.Its been 15 days since I had given it for replacement.The shop dealer says that company persons aren't responding.Pls suggest a solution for my problem.
