Regarding Mother Board Replacement

Hi,
I have purchased PC in Gandiva Computers, Hyderabad in 2009. Recently i got a problem in Mother board which needs to be replaced with new one. As mother board is still under warranty, i have submitted my mother board in gandiva computers for a replacement 45 days back. They gave the mother board to Dealer. whose name is Premier Diginet near Saradhi studios, hyd. Daily i am calling both of them, but till now there was no response from any one of them regarding the mother board. Can any one please help me in this.

i have a asrock motherboard that have in under warranty , i have four times submit the board bitbeen three month or company have change my motherboard with a old motherboard that have alredy burn , but company not able to to give me new or sutable board against my motherboard ,,,, i have so many times to mail the company web side,mail or complain feed back on delivery challan that i have when take the mother board .......please do some thing about this or healp me .......
