I bought a Reliance 3G Data Card (with 7.2mbps speed) on October 07, 2011 and My number is 8820006780. It is very bad experience for me for choosing Reliance, since the date I purchase it is not working and there are several times i lodge complaint on customer care on 022-30335555 but they people are unable to solve the issue. First time when I inform this issue to customer care executive he suggest me to visit the Authorized service center which is situated at Badarpur (Adonics Electronics PVT LTD. Mathura road, Badarpur, New Delhi). I visit service center on October 29, 2011 and they are giving me customer service copy which mentioned that there is no problem with Data Card (job no. 11100665500033, document code : SC001B0302).

Last time again I lodge complaint with hoping that might be this time my issue will get resolve and my complaint lodge by Mr. Ajitabh Yadav (complaint no. 166009184). For which I received a call from Customer care executive and he tried to resolve the issue but unfortunately, finally he was unable to resolve the issue and again guide me to visiting the service center.

Now, the situation is very panic for me I bought the product at a cost of INR 1900.00 and almost spent more than 2000 (visiting R-world and service center and phone calls).

Please do the needful for me.
