Dear Sir, I had purchase SAMSUNG 19" LCD Monitor on 21 Jan 09 with 03 year on site warranty. Presently the monitor had gone faulty with verticle lines on screen. I logged complain in gurgaon customer care on 24 May 2010. The agency registered the compalin with complain no.BP. 8413333219. The same day one of their technician Mr. Praveen called me and assured that your query will be solved by today PM. He assured me that their courier will be coming by today PM and at the same time defect will be rectified. Since then he has not turned up till to date 02 Jun 10. I have tried to reconnect to the customer care at least 30 times and each times i listen only one reply " we have sent your mail to the concerned dept. and you will be getting reply soon" . Till now no one has come to me to rectify the defect. On the other side MR Praveen gave me his mobile no. and U will not believe I tried to contact him atleast 50 times, event a single time he is bother to pcik up the phone. please tell me what Can I do now. due to this problem of LCD i am not able to complete my job causing heavy financial loss.

Presently the monitor had gone faulty with verticle lines on screen. I logged complain in customer care ion 18.05.2010, 24.06. 2010, 20.07.2010, 28.07.2010 & 31.07.2010. The agency registered the compalin with complain no.BP. 8415027313. On 20.05.2010 one of their technician Mr. Varun visited my residence and checked monitor and assured that your query will be solved next day. He assured me that he will change the parts tomorrow and at the same time defect will be rectified. Since then he has not turned up till to date i.e. 31.07.2010. On 28.07.2010, I also contacted to one Mr. Mohan of samsung service centre having mobile No. 9650333894, he assured me that your proble will be solved today or tommorrow.
