hi, we had purchased ONE 19" SAMSUNG MONITOR ( 923 NW) 18 months back. The product has 3 years warranty, and the product is well within the warranty period as of today. In the month of September 2010 the said product started giving problems & one day it was not powering ON and stopped working. As as result we booked a complaint with SAMSUNG customer Care ( CASE ID =8417179132). We did the follow up almost every 10 days to see the progress. Every time we call the CC , we would get the feedback as " Your Complaint is forwarded to Local Service Provider & Engg. will visit your site in 48 HRS", but unfortunately no one turned up till now. We are extremely disappointed with the after sales service of SAMSUNG , and such a Lazy & Careless response is not at all expected from market leaders.
Kindly see if anything can be done ASAP.
