I have 20" LCD Monitor which have some LCD Panel Problem. I told this problem to Samsung customer care before 1 month ago. The told me they will visit to my home with a part of LCD Moniter but still they didn't come. They always gives accuses to me on phone about to visit my home. I also send an e-mail to Samsung support department but they are only giving me advice to take patience. But yet nothing happend from their side. Now I am waiting that time when my problem will re-solved.
