My name is Subhrangshu Biswas & I live in Kolkata.

I bought a Samsung 32" LCD on 2nd on november 2010.
I want to wall mount it.

So, for the last two days I have called at least 7 to 8 times to samsung executives.
but no one came or called.

Each time they took my number, e-mail ID, address & told me that their engineers will soon come & install it.

For the last two days, I am sitting at my home calling them after 3 - 4 hours & each time they say the same thing abovementioned.

I am I die hard Samsung fan, & I already using a samsung LCD 22" monitor.

But for the first time the samsung service is so bad.

please help me out.

How can I get my LCD installed in my house?
