My monitor has not been repaired yet even after complain registration of 22 days.
I am also not getting any response from Customer Care.

One of your engineer Mr. Dhirendra Kumar-9920768433 came on Thursday(19-08-2010), but he was not able to fix the problem. He told me that one of the part needs to be replaced. So I will come tomorrow with this part.
So he came on Friday(20-08-2010), but again he was not able to fix the problem. Further he requested me to get the circuit along with him so that he can test it in his office. He told me that he will update me regarding this on Saturday.
But yet I have not received his call. I also tried to call him but his phone is not traceable.

Please look into the matter as I am not at all satisfied with your after sales service as my problem has not resolved yet post 20 days....really ridiculous.

Hi,

My BP number is 8403757342. Request is launched for the repair of samsung monitor 594MG.
I have launch this complain on 7th Aug'10. But till date none of your engineer has visited my place for repairing purpose.
On 5th Aug, one of your engineer Mr. Umesh Yadav-9920952842 had called me. But since I was busy I had requested him to come on coming Saturday ie. on 7th Aug. But he did not came either did not informed me that he is not coming. I waited him for the whole day on that day.
I also tried to call him but his cellphone was switched off. Since that day every day his phone is switched off.
Yesterday I also called at one of your Samsung office(022-23013198) to escalate this issue. I spoke to one lady there and she promised me that someone will visit my place within 24Hrs. But no one has visited yet.
I think this is ridiculous treatment for any customer.
My other BP number is 8416334788.
Please take immediate action.
Please appoint some other engineer at 7.00pm at my place, if Mr. Umesh Yadav dont have time for two weeks.
