I was purchased a assambled computer from Delhi of asus company. This time I am at chandigarh, My computer motherboard has not working. I take it to service centre at chandigarh secot 22 Kudos services. They keep it for four five days. After that when I call them they reply me that it is not repairable and get it back. I ask them why? They tell me that it is pshically damage and company is not responsible for psysically damage things. In fact mother board is in warranty period and I have not did any damage to my mother board then how company to say this.


Please advice me where to complaint then. I have get back my mother board from them and they have give me receipt of remarked returned.
