I have ordered (1TB) Segate Expansion External hard drive from seventymm.com(online store) on 1st oct 2011 at price of Rs.2443. Due to the mistake of their courier partner (first flight) the parcel was returned to their office. Then I complained for undelivered shipment to seventymm customer care. They assured me to Re-ship the respective order.
They have kept me waiting since 1 oct. telling that 'we will send you the product'. But now they are saying that take your money back we don't have such product and neither will be having. As current price of the same product is TWICE i.e. Rs.5120 they are denying to ship the product again. So ultimately its my loss. Would you please help me........!
