i'd bought a pair of Skullcandy mp3 earphones worth rupees 2000 on 16 th december 2011 from techzone, raghuleela mall ,mumbai . It hardly lasted for a month and one of the earpiece broke off. and when i went to the store to xchange them , they said i'd to pay a sum total of Rs200.00 more for the physical damage !! but i did and got a new piece of same earphones... and then , the same thing happened again with the new one , that also within 15 days!! what should i do now ?
