    Default Tata Photon +

    I have taken a Tata Photon+ connection(9212225830) about 1 month back and till date I have not been able to get speeds of 3.1mbps as advertised.I have called the customer care number multiple times and everytime they have asked me to run speed test,change my location settings but nothing has helped.This is a fine way of cheating people by promising speeds upto 3.1mbps but not delivering on this.
    I believe I will have to approach consumer court and lodge a cheating case against this company.

    Default Rubbish services from TATA Photon

    yeah... i know....very pathetic services are provided by TATA Photon nowadays....

    Even I have taken the Photon device on 07-10-2011 but till today ( 05-11-2011) it is not activated. And harassment part is after repeated writing to customers once in while TATA Customer care or nodal officer feels to reply....

    Such third class services are providing from TATA Teleservices

    Hi ,
    This is Vikram h/o "Vandana" a customer of tata photon plus service (Tata Photon Number : 9243542880) HSIA 2GB@425 Plan.

    Activation Date : 29-MAY-2011

    Device stopped working on Aug 2011, inspite of repetitive complaints to the customer care representatives and nodal service, device was not replaced and moreover they misguided us saying that the device will be replaced @ their koramangala office, when i visited their office they say that that's not the service center then where is the service center ? Tata photon website also says kormangala office is the ICare center.Handset Service Centers

    Bangalore SILICON PO ICare Center 30\1,Hosur Main Rd,Koramangala,Bangalore Silicon Teraces 80-66689720

    They asked me to pay 1000/- for the new device, i just bought the device 3 months back. Is the device so unreliable ? if so, all the tata photon customer have been cheated else if the device was defective is it not the responsibility of the company to replace the defective device?

    All in all customer service of tata photon plus is pathetic. No one listens to the customer problem. we were cheated

    Default complain of tata photon whiz officer indore

    Respested sir

    In our office we purchased a photon wiz connection on 7th oct 2011i.e. no is
    9203604618. that connection worked only2-3 days and after that it was
    not in working. We had provided all the document to devendra sir.He is saying
    that because of verification problem it was closed from their side.Whereas
    all the document and address is correct. We are complaining from last 20 days ,but still we are not getting any solution.We had contacted manager of photon also but didn't find any solution. He is not ready to talk with us. Mr. aasutosh(9039099103) who is the manager of Indore branch. But he is behaving like we are free to go again and again his office.now they are converting postpaid into prepaid and again a new process will be going to start.I am saying to them thet I don’t want to keep this device but they are neither ready to return money nor old connection.

    Default bad services (tata photon +)

    I have not even recieved a speed of more than 256 kbbs while accessing net via tata photon past 2 weeks. I called at the customer care, they told me that some connections are being resolved in the nearby area & they will restore the speed in abt. 1 week but still speed coming is far slow than advertised.......... My photon no. is 9212548846.

    Default I am recieving very poor speed of tata photon plus in ranchi

    I have bought a new tata photon plus connection numbered 9234498689,currently i am using it in ranchi.The speed which i recieve has just turned me off,it hasnt yet given me a speed of 1 mbps forget about 3.1 mbps.I request you to kindly take some serious action against it.Thanking you in anticipation!!
