Tata Photon+ Problems

Default Tata Photon+ Problems

I have not even completed even 15 days my Tata Photon+ and the difficulties are so much no action has been taken yet.
The only thing I am getting is docket No.
1. 292228901: Issue was not resolved. Had to go the main office personally to get it activated.
2. 293180365: Speed issues. Engineer comes my room. Does this & that and in the end says Photon Whiz has activated instead of Photon+. It will be activated in 24 hrs. Till now nothing has happened.
3. 293579249 : Speed issues. Not yet resolved.

Please do me a favour. Disconnect my photon connection because I am fed of calling the CC & not getting a proper response.

Question Unfair DEAL for TATA photon +

I bought Tata photon Plus from a local dealer on 19.1.2011 ! and he charged me Rs 1650 for the whole !
initially i dint enquire into this matter but when i came back and found that device costs 1200 and a recharge of 300 has been done on my number and that makes 1500 !!! and the shopkeeper charged me 150 rs extra !! I went to him and asked him the question that how can he sel me the device above MRP !

to which he replied that he had bought the device for a larger sum earlier , how can he giv it to me at a lower price !

PLZ help me out to get this cheater a lesson !!

i am having the bill in which all details have been mentioned !
kindly lemme know the procedure in which i can file the case against this cheater as i know selling abv MRP is not called for !


i went to the shopkeeper to get the issue settled down but he sent me down insulting that he wont pay me 150 Rs back !
thx for any help guys !!!
