This is Ankit. I had purchased Tata Photon Connection(postpaid) on 26th Dec,2011. Till date the connection has not been activated. On contacting, the Customer Care Representative, i was told to contact the dealer to resolve the problem & the dealer tells to contact the customer care. This went on for a week when one of Customer Care Representative forwarded my complain to the technical team(docket no. 292228901). I was told they would contact me on resolving the issue but in the end I had to call them up for solution. On which I was told to go to Tata Service Center(Shop No 17 Mantri House ,FC Road Pune) where the issue will be resolved. At the Service Center, I was told that it will be resolved in an hour. For the past 2days, whenever I go to them I am getting the same answer which very frustrating.While I am stuck in a never ending loop of technical team to dealer to Service Center.
All the documents required for the connection provided still I am the one who is in a fix. I want a resolution for this problem. If you are not able to resolve, please be frank on that so that I can atleast apply for a disconnection.
