This is in regards to the replacement of a Transcend 16gb micro sd memory card, that I had bought. I bought this card on 29th Jan 2011. It did not work even
once. I had to submit the empty card at a service center in Pune,

on the same day. I was given a turn around time of 60 days. It has been
more than 2 months since I have been waiting for the replacement. I am
totally frustrated by the ignorant and incompetent customer services
provided by that company.
Kindly take the required actions against the service center.
