We facing lots of problem to cover warranty of Transcend Pendrive.

We have Transcend 4 GB pendrive JF V 30, Serial No. 519732 5899 sold by us not working send to Accel Frontline (Kolkata) for warranty/Replacement returned by them giving excuse sticker slightly damaged.

If you are unable to cover warranty of sold Transcend product as because selling of Transcend Pendrive has been decreased then please don’t cheat us and please stop selling Transcend Pendirve in the market if your company unable to give service to sold product.

Often the Accel Frontline giving excuse

Sticker slightly damaged

The serial number not clearly visible

The transcend logo removed

What’s this ? who gave them the power to make decisions and return the product ? you gave them the power ?

Slight damage considerable to all other Storage & removable device manufacturer or trader company like Sandisk, Kingston, I-Q, Seagate, except transcend why ?


I want immediate solution of this particular case and that should not happen next time with me and any one who selling transcend product, and who use Transcend product.

If I did not get solution for in immediate basis then I have talk with my Lawyer regarding the issue.
