Hey there people. I am new to this forum. My problem and complaint is as follows.

I puchased a new gaming mouse ( Razer Deathadder ) for Rs. 2400 from Yoku Computers (he seller's name is Amin) just 2 days back. It had problem with its feet. So today I went to the retailer to get it changed.

When I told him to get it replace, he was talking to me politely and asked me to go to Andheri myself. I said it was his duty to get it replaced for me and now hes backing off saying that its not his duty. He was furious on me only because I had asked him to give me an idea of how many days will it take to get a new one.

He just then kept repeating that he won't do it and I have to go to andheri myself.

I just got frustrated in the end and left his shop using an absurd word for him..

I went to another connecting shop where his brother works. Even he says that I have to do it myself.

Me and my friends have been going to the shop for years since my friends bought a lot of stuff from him. Amin has a lot of arrogance (I donno abt what since it seems all he does is sits in the shop and takes order. He does not even moves his ass off the place and talks to people as if we are nothing before him).

I want to know whether what is is doing is correct and if not how can I take legal action against him. I want to do this because he is making me do his job for no reason,

These dealers atleast know the replacement shops. I don't even know where is it in andheri. I really want to teach that cheat a lesson.

I also have an eyewitness who was with me from the time of buying till what happened today.
