RESPECTED SIR,
I have purvhased a computer on dated 31/10/11 from my city malout punjab from m/s akashwani electronics.the mentioned on the bill WARRANTY UNDER COMPANY.AFTER 13 MONTHS MY UPS IS NOT WORKING DUE TO BATTERY DEAD.i meet to shopkeeper hesaid to me and suggest me to write to companys help line. i lodged a complaintalso but he says the warranty of ups is one year only. but as per companies user MANUAL OF UPS the warranty of two years then i scan to the company but company says it is not true. if the manual is wroing then how to take action against him please help me or mail me
