my name is rajeev ranjan.i bought an external harddisk of 500 gb memory from western digital company.i bought this external hard-disk in the month of january 2011 with complete replacement warranty of one year bt my hard-disk was not working just after 2 months of purchasing.so i did a complain to western digital company through online service.my complain no is RMA is 82537354.a service man from the side of company took my hard-disk for the replacement and told me that u will get ur new hard-disk within a month.after one week i checked my RMA status and it showed that ur hard-disk is delivered on 29 march 2011 bt i did not get it till today after many tries.i did mail,call and every single thing which i could bt all goes invain.now i m very much frustrated and want to aplly a strong action against western digital company.so what should i do for this.plz help me as soon as possible
