I bought a Western Digital External HDD in july 2010 since then i have send the hdd for the replacement five times every time i recieve a HDD it is already bronken and dont even start.
and i'm fedd u p now.
it seems like i wud be using the whole warranty of three years of hdd in sending and replacing the hdd.
if this is the case i want my money back.
