Iam here to tel you all an interesting service wstren digital providing in India. I bought a wd hard disk 1tb in the month of june,2011. I have got some problem in detecting the hard disk in just 4 to 5 months. I have given a call to the customer care executive for the service and replied with the replacement reference number on jan 6th 2012. There is no service from their end till jan 13th. The ref no: 83272955. keep on calling them for service and they were convincing me in the way that they will pick up the courier by the next wk..AWESOME FANTASTIC service....PLEASE DONOT BUY WESTREN DIGITAL products IN INDIA The worst service for their products...
