I ordered for a Sandisk 8 GB Ultra Micro SDHCCard through order #5001215336. When I received the order on 21 May 2010, I have been delivered a “Sandisk Cruzer Blade USB Flash Drive”.
I have ordered a Memory Card for using with my mobile phone and this is a USB Pen Drive. I talked to your customer care executive, named Shweta, at 2:40 pm on 21 May, 2010 and she is only promising that the wrong consignment will be picked up on or before 29 May, 2010. Futurebazaar.com gives a seven day guarantee on its products or else promises to give the product at half the price. When I told the executive why they will take 8-9 days for pickup and what about the seven day guarantee, she says that the order was delivered before seven days, only problem is that they delivered the wrong thing. Also, they will not send the replacement by 29. First they will pick up the wrong delivery, take it back to their warehouse, and if the correct item is available then they will ship it. Again in 8-10 days days. They are asking me to deliver the item to their store if I want early resolution, though even that is 8-10 days by their standards. I think the service is pathetic. Be cautious when you buy products from futurebazaar.com or Big Bazaar. They are extremely pathetic in their customer service and their customer care is not even polite. |
