Dear Sir,

I ordered one software to M/S AIRIA SYSTEMS (P) LTD 92B AMRIT PURI ,OPPOSITE ISCKON TEMPLE DELHI- vide CFO NO. 4037 dt.13th april 2010 for total complete online software at a sum of Rs.20000/- and as per contract the company will show me the calculation on 5th may 2010 and accordingly i issued an advance cheque no.762706 dt.5th may 2010 for rs.10000/-
As the company could not show the calculation on 5th may and requested me for another one week time but malafiedly they presented my said cheque and the cheque passed from my account on questning why the cheque presented the mr.piyus agarwal told me that your job will be completed and dont worry.
On 16th may due to unfortunate my mother mother expired and i was not in touch with then and when i came back on 2nd june mr. piyus agarwal again assured me that the person who was looking my software left the company and new person mr. kamal lochan will do your work and will be completed up to 15th june 2010 .
Whwn the work again not done on 15th then i requsted to refund my money which taken malafiedly then mr.piyus agarwal refused to me to refund the money then on 18th june i complained to mr. ashutosh agarwal director of the company through mail because i never meet him earlier in his reply of 22nd june 2010 he assured me to complete the work by 30th june 2010.
In reply to him i clearly asked the refund if the work can not do otherwise i intimated him that as i m loosing my business @rs.2.00lac per month due to non complete of software.
Whwn the software again not completed on 30th june i again wrote to all his mumbai management which shows on their web site asking the job completed or refund alongwith my losses.
On 25th july 2010 the company show me that your 90% job ic completed and now make the final payment so that we can down load the same for hosting again on good faith i issued the remaining amount vide my cheque no.355279 of punjab national bank for rs.10000/- which passed from my bank on 28th july 2010.
Since full payments taken by him they could not hosted it and whatever the url they given to me is not working and i complaiend for that.
Since then mr.piyus agarwal aslo not there and i mailed by then that mr. ashutosh agarwal is the director but he never picking the phone even after i sms on his cell no. too. and one technical director mr. dipesh jain again assuerd me that one mr. shivam will do the job and i again regularily in touched with shivam but he also not completed and regularily stated that i will charge again from you if you need the software completed.
SINCE SEPTEMBER ONWARD I VISTED 3 TIMES TO OFFICE BUT THAT WAS LOCKED and finally it came to my knowledge that they closed the office which is now very clear of their cheating attitude.
I hereby request you to please logde an complaint against the following key persons of the company.

and take immediate action as they malafiedly cheated me and harm me on my business . and i lossed a sum of rs. 15,20,000/- so plesae immediately take action against them.
