I buy a carepack from this company on 25 aug 2011 they said to give a registration /carepack certificate within a month.After calling and calling them several times they sent it last week only but did mention wrong serial no. of my laptop as a result on Hp website its showing out of warranty.
Now my laptop is not working I am calling the ARm executive they are not even picking my phone.
Serial no is 2CE8082B3G they wrote 4 in place of G.
Sort it out soon.
