My brother is a Software Engineer with a Foreign Company, while campus recruitment they selected him & while joining the company they enter into a contract that he will work with company for 2 years without interption & if he fails to do so or leaves the company he has to pay bond of Rs.1,50,000/- & in contract it was also mentioned that company will pay them the salary for 2 years & taking the service without any break.

Now while recession period company has given them the salary Rs.9000/- per month (2 months) for eduction & told them that u are on education leave which is not mentioned in contract.

Now my brother has resigned form that company after working (1 1/2 year) because her boss is using the harsh language which is not ethical in a corporate company & he is mentally disturbed from last 6 months saying that they are not giving the work of programming, they are giving me the lower level work.

Please someone suggest me what should we do if company ask for the money as we want the experience certificate & relieving letter, But we want to teach a lesson to company not to do bad with the freshers.
