I had purchased a dell laptop & Mcaffe security was provided along with it on 29.04 10 from COMEXCELL TECHNOLOGIES, H.O.LG-17 A, 24 & 24A, SOMDUTT PLAZA, THE MALL, KANPUR-208001(e mail--comexcell@satyam.net.in phone no.0512-2306449,2305379).
The Mcaffe security is unable to fix & shows the protection status as NO.
The problem is not being solved despite several visits to the dealer & contacting the dell centre.What is the meaning of on- site warranty when the customer has to run from pillar to post?
