This is Radha. Last one year back(April 2010) i resigned from MGL company(located in Guindy, CHennai). Till now i didnt receive my last month salary. Every moth i am sending mail by requesting my slary but those people are saying that you should wait some more time. its almost one year completed.i want to file case againest MGL. what are the proceedings i need to follow. Please suggest me.

By the looks of it, it is for sure a case to highlight. i do not have a lot of knowledge on the procedures for filling a case but you can always look up on how other itcompany has faced allegations.
