Sir I am current employee of hp finsoft solution its a bangalore located company and company taken a 25000 rupee to me as a security (not only to me to every employees which is refundable after six months its mention in offer latter) they offer me salary 8000 rupees, one months was complete training at training time no salary offered it is clearly mention in the offer latter but sir I was submit money in august last my joining was 5th september and they consider training 2 months,they given joining from 2nd november and from 2nd november I DID not get any salary when they will give salary I don't know and how much no idia because some of employee got first salary 3000 and some of them got 2000 which was joined before us no body taking action against the company I am from poor family 25000 rupees is very big deal for me I am afraid its unable to survive in bangalore for me do something sir now a day around 2000 employee is there working everybody having a same problem but they are quit because every one have submitted money there so they are waiting for money back some of employee completed 8 months but they DID not get money back now.
Do something sir company playing with the career of employees its not good thing.
