Facing alot of problmes with this site.
1 the site does not open at 8am even when nowadays no agent login is available
2 when we login at 8 it shows service unavailable or it takes long time to open
3 if by chance it opens so when we book the ticket it shows service unavilable
4 sometimes it shows time-out.
generally tatkal opens at 8am 3days prior to travel so we try to book as per the norms but does not response and we loose the ticket then whats the need of this internet reservation?
Irctc has taken the complete monopoly of booking tickets. I would like this to be removed and also indianrail.gov.in should be included for ticket reservation. On this indianrail.gov.in it only shows the status we cannot book the tickets.
Please remove this monopoly orelse people cannot travel at the time of emergency especially incase of tatkal qouta.
