Our business engaged iVerticle for their "custom" solution to bring the CRM, Payroll and Accounting software to one platform. After several thousand dollars and conference calls, we still did not have a viable solution and have been promised a partial refund (they apparently accumulated costs but we have NOTHING to show for it) for well over 60 days! Now you can not get anyone from there to answer emails or phone calls. BEWARE!!!!!!

Disagree with you. Iverticle Software has been everything we had wanted and much more. There group, from Sales to Project Manager and their IT Group has helped us out in so many ways. We called many of there past clients, and received excellent referrals. They have helped us out and saved us $1000 of dollars in licensing fees. We recommend Iverticle to anyone. One of the key things for us, is the ability to manage manhy sku's of inventory, colors, and to take online orders and or phone orders, butr to manage our order process from one location. This also allows us to then create an invoice, and immediatly create a pick ticket for shipment. This has tied all of our accounting processes together as well. Our company has various roles, and their system provides secure role acces, and even allows the staff to use the calendar system for shift trading or time away notification. When we have a technical issues, they have told us to call anyone of at least 4 key groups and they promise fast response. We have been using them for over 3 years now!
