I perched a software 'Kaspersky Internet Security 2011' on 10.03.2011 (3 users), activated on 15.03.2011. This is 1 year licence. now this software automatically deactivated. I send this information at Sakri IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Kaspersky Lab Customer Support in India Region). But they not properly response my complaint, they told me to buy anather new licence with discount rate from them.

Now the question is why I buy another licence, I already perched a licence for 1 year.

Please solve this problem.

Dear useless Head of Tech Support,

I am Athish Ravikanth from Bangalore. I purchased Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 on 05 November 2011. 08 November 2011 I installed in my PC but it didn’t get activated.

Later I kept trying toll free number 18002092012 to get support, but it’s been now more than 8 hours no one responded the call. I even tried two landline numbers 020-65111011, 020-27012834. There was no response even on this landline.

Now when Kaspersky do have tech support team then there is on point of giving these numbers for customer care.
Later after two hours again I tried to activate the software, and it just worked. But when I tried on the other system with the same activation code, it didn’t work. Purchased software support three personal computers.

I am facing a serious problem to activate antivirus. I cannot spend my valuable time for just to activate this antivirus

I never knew Kaspersky will have such a miserable tech support.

Now I have a serious doubt on Kaspersky credibility. How are Kaspersky competing Norton and other antivirus.

I bought kaspersky internet security 3 months back for 3 computers for my office. I have not been able to update the database for quite a long time now. I have been trying their landline numbers as well as their toll free number for last one week but there is no reply at all. I haven't experienced such a bad customer service support ever. I never expected it to be so bad..I hope this complaint rings a bell in their ears..
