I have seen an advertisement of Medisoftindia Pvt Ltd in a National Medical Journal (JAPI - Journal of Association of Physicians India) Jan 2010 issue as follows:-

One Time Payment Rs. 9,500/ by draft payable to "Medisoft India Pvt Ltd
Address: Medisoft India Pvt Ltd, PB No.3230, Achutha Warrier Lane, MG Road, Cochin - 682035. Mobile No. 09847294414 Land-line : 0484-2372922

I have sent DD for Rs.9500/ drawn on HDFC Cochin dt 22 Mar 2010 to Medisoft India Pvt Ltd requesting for the software "DOCTOR 2010"
But so far no reply and they were not answering to Mobile Number or land-line number.

Therefore I seek assistance from Consumer Forum Court India to do justice at the earliest
